Business Development Representative
Flexagon is a fast-growing SaaS sales organization seeking a high-energy, motivated Business Development Representative. In this role, you will engage with IT executives in Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts to help achieve ambitious growth targets by setting meetings and building a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and engage net-new prospects through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other creative channels
Build a robust sales pipeline by setting qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quota metrics including meetings booked and qualified pipeline created
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and lead-generation strategies
Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and lead/contact hygiene
Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, competitive landscape, and buyer personas
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound pipeline and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, resilience, and coachability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools
Preferred
1–2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in a SaaS or technology environment
