The Continuous Improvement Intern will support manufacturing operations by assisting in the development and execution of improvement plans aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct process reviews to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collect, organize, and analyze data for KPIs and standard setting (including time studies)
Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to implement improvement plans
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
