Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, and they are seeking a Compensation Intern for their Summer Internship Program. This role involves supporting the creation and updating of job descriptions, collaborating with management and HR to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering information from managers and HR partners regarding job roles and responsibilities

Draft and update job descriptions based on collected data and company templates

Ensure descriptions reflect essential duties, qualifications, and compliance with applicable regulations

Organize and maintain documentation for all job descriptions in a centralized system

Provide administrative support for the project, including scheduling and tracking progress

Participate in meetings with HR and management to review and finalize job descriptions

Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida

Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F

Preferred

Currently enrolled in a college program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred)
