Responsibilities
Own and enforce construction policies, standards, and execution frameworks across multiple infrastructure sectors
Oversee delivery of complex projects spanning data centers, C&I facilities, power generation and delivery, EV charging, and transportation
Act as Project Executive on select strategic projects as required
Set the safety culture and ensure it is non-negotiable across all operations
Partner with senior safety leadership to deploy and enforce safety programs across diverse job sites
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Drive profitability through disciplined cost control, productivity management, and cash flow oversight
Support contract negotiations and risk allocation on complex, high-value projects
Collaborate with executive leadership on annual budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
Monitor market conditions, labor availability, and cost trends to inform operational planning
Build and retain a high-performing management and field leadership team
Oversee training, development, and succession planning for key leaders
Conduct performance reviews and enforce accountability at all levels
Ensure participation in required corporate and technical training programs
Partner with executive leadership on project pursuit decisions and operational planning
Communicate operational performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to senior stakeholders
Support business development efforts and maintain key client relationships across multiple end markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Equivalent senior-level experience considered
10+ years in senior electric operations leadership within large-scale infrastructure environments
Experience delivering projects across multiple construction markets or sectors
Strong background in project execution, estimating, and team leadership
Working knowledge of electrical, civil, or industrial construction environments
Experience with complex contracts, labor management, and productivity optimization
Commercially minded operator with strong execution discipline
Decisive leader who owns outcomes and drives accountability
Strategic thinker with the ability to scale operations across multiple sectors
High integrity, sound judgment, and resilience under pressure
Ability to travel as required
Standard business hours with flexibility based on project demands
