Project Manager – Flooring Operations
Kaloutas is a growing commercial construction services company specializing in flooring, fireproofing, and painting. They are seeking a Project Manager who will coordinate all aspects of assigned flooring projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities
Plan and manage flooring projects from contract award through final closeout
Coordinate labor, manpower schedules, and installation sequencing
Review and approve field timecards for accuracy and job cost tracking
Order and track materials, equipment, and deliveries with warehouse and vendors
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate inventory levels, staging, and monthly inventory planning
Communicate daily with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and GCs
Participate in jobsite meetings and customer coordination meetings
Coordinate site-specific safety plans, compliance documentation, and required jobsite paperwork
Track project progress, field conditions, and schedule changes
Support change orders, cost tracking, and documentation
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance expectations are met
Drive timely project closeouts with minimal punch list items
Qualification
Required
Construction project management or operations experience
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication across field, office, warehouse, and GC teams
Organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions
Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites
Preferred
Experience in commercial construction or specialty trades preferred
Flooring, coatings, painting, or specialty trade experience
Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms
OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification
