Build and maintain core backend systems for AI training and task execution
Design and operate scalable, high-throughput services handling millions of tasks per week
Develop distributed workflows and compute orchestration systems
Collaborate closely with AI researchers and model engineers to ship end-to-end solutions
Take ownership of production systems in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Qualification
Required
4 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience
Experience building and operating systems at scale
Strong fundamentals in systems design, data structures, and distributed systems
Familiarity with modern stacks such as Python and Go, databases, and async systems
Comfortable working in high-ownership startup environments
Preferred
Computer Science / CS background from top tier college or an equivalent college or university
