Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges and design tailored software solutions
Lead the development and deployment of complex software applications in client environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements
Contribute to technical decision-making processes
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance software performance to meet client needs

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3–8 years of experience in software development or related technical roles
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/React, C#, Python, and SQL
Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and APIs
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers

Preferred

Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Familiarity with modern development practices, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
