Responsibilities

Conduct analytical characterization of protein therapeutics using techniques like MS, CE-SDS, IEX, and RP
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot MS, CE, and LC instruments and software
Perform method qualification, transfers, validation, and troubleshooting
Analyze and interpret data using Excel and statistical software, ensuring data quality and integrity
Document experimental work accurately in electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
Collaborate effectively in a matrix team environment and manage multiple tasks to meet project timelines

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
