Responsibilities
Looking for a candidate with strong software development requirements management and project management skills to fill a Capabilities Development Lead (CDL) role
Software development and systems engineering full life cycle experience strongly desired
This candidate will be working with customer leadership, capability thread leads, and DAC TTO leadership on analytic status, health, and development
Will be working with multiple customer and contractors on capabilities concepts to capabilities requirements
Good planning and estimation skills for software development of analytics using multiple platforms including GhostMachine and QTA
Will include data analysis, metrics, document creation, and briefings
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups and coordinate efforts
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED
14 years experience as a system engineer
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
+ 5 additional years of experience as a system engineer may be substituted for a degree
Strong software development requirements management and project management skills
Software development and systems engineering full life cycle experience strongly desired
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with multiple groups and coordinate efforts
Good planning and estimation skills for software development of analytics using multiple platforms including GhostMachine and QTA
Experience with data analysis, metrics, document creation, and briefings
