Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant for our client in Nashville, TN. This role involves supporting senior leadership and a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for multiple executives
Order supplies and track inventory
Support meetings and events, including scheduling rooms and arranging catering
Process expense reports
Prioritize and triage emails
Coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and perform basic Excel tasks
Maintain documents and reports in SharePoint
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership
Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
