Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions
Oversee and direct due diligence across legal, financial, environmental, zoning, and title workstreams
Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, attorneys, lenders, joint venture partners, and consultants
Manage transaction timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent deals
Review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and closing materials in coordination with legal counsel
Partner with investment and asset management teams to refine underwriting assumptions and investment strategy
Prepare and present transaction materials to internal investment committees and senior executives
Drive closing processes, including approvals, funding coordination, and post-closing transitions
Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices and transaction standards
Maintain institutional-quality reporting, closing documentation, and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, acquisitions, or investment management
Proven track record managing institutional-quality real estate transactions
Deep understanding of purchase agreements, debt structures, and closing mechanics
Ability to manage multiple high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Preferred
Strong experience within the Boston or Northeast real estate market preferred
Argus experience strongly preferred
