Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within new and existing accounts, leading strategic pursuits and guiding proposal building to create tailored business solutions
Build and maintain relationships with C-level client executives, aiming to become their trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams
Collaborate with solution architects and SMEs to design, propose, and execute solutions for complex client problems, leveraging creativity and experience in advanced business and technology environments
Oversee the successful execution of assignments, projects, and large delivery programs, ensuring service delivery excellence through coordination with local and global delivery centers and vendor partners
Provide leadership to a team of professionals, including direct reports and global delivery teams, applying best practices in succession planning, performance reviews, and finance management
Contribute to business strategy and budget planning, managing the profitability of engagements and ensuring the success of global delivery engagements
As the business grows, lead a team of senior consultants and consultants within your delivery organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
Over 12 years of experience leading medium to large consulting teams with full responsibility, including recruiting, developing, and inspiring talent
At least 10 years of experience in defining, selling, and delivering complex technology and business solutions in a consulting environment, with a strong track record in business development and strategic deal closure
8+ years of experience in owning or influencing P&L, with proven success in turning around or scaling consulting practices
Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives that drive business growth with minimal guidance
Strong presence, self-awareness, and communication skills across all organizational levels, including public speaking and thought leadership
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
