Responsibilities
Provide financial oversight, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and long-term goals
Evaluate acquisitions and assess value realization against established business cases
Develop and refine five-year financial plans to support organizational growth and performance
Lead core FP& A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports to communicate financial insights
Collaborate with operational teams to enhance business partnerships and decision-making
Conduct ROI modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize financial outcomes
Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
Develop and implement cash flow forecasts to maintain financial stability
Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial modeling and due diligence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in financial leadership roles within a manufacturing or similar industry
Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
Strong background in mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling and assessment
Proficiency in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and reports
Ability to conduct ROI modeling and provide actionable insights for business decisions
Solid understanding of cash flow management and month-end close processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster effective business partnerships
Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate and execute long-term financial plans
