Responsibilities
Lead Agile development teams in delivering iterative enhancements to the agency's supervision systems, ensuring alignment with modernization and cloud migration goals
Drive Agile adoption across the program
Provide technical leadership through PI Planning and Agile ceremonies; produce and analyze Agile artifacts as required
Collaborate with government and contractor technical staff, including DBAs and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Support DevSecOps implementation by embedding security and compliance tools into the development lifecycle
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication, and improve code quality and usability
Scale Agile practices across multiple teams, ensuring consistent delivery regardless of hosting environment (on-prem or cloud)
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to Agile teams and stakeholders to improve Agile maturity and delivery performance
Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and stakeholder trust through data-driven reporting and communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or related field
5–8 years of experience leading Agile software development teams and transformations
Proven experience leading Agile transformations in federal environments
Experience with Agile release, cross-team coordination, and managing dependencies
Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software development practices
Experience with Azure Boards or equivalent tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, Confluence)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud-native application development and modernization strategies
Familiarity with government financial supervision environments, technical landscape or financial regulatory systems
Background in software engineering or architecture
