Responsibilities

Process wire and ACH transactions within company banking platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls

Complete verbal confirmations for incoming and outgoing wire transactions in accordance with company policies and banking procedures

Share wire instructions to external parties using secure email methods as requested

Assist in resolving user access issues and basic system errors within banking platforms

Support the Treasury team in opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts

Collect daily payments and process remote deposits through the company’s accounting software

Prepare, process and deliver bank teller deposits as needed

Assist the Accounting department with various treasury-related activities, including providing banking information, supporting positive pay processes, printing checks, and addressing other treasury support needs

Monitor assigned treasury-related activities within the company’s accounting system

Help maintain organized records and documentation related to treasury transactions and banking activities

Adhere to company policies internal controls, and regulatory requirements to safeguard company funds and data
