Client Success Manager, Healthcare Partnerships

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted advisor to clients
Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s organizational structure, member populations, contractual objectives, and shifts in healthcare policy
Attend/participate in org-specific virtual meetings
Develop and maintain a living Account Plan for each client: defining goals, KPIs, risks, data sharing opps, and growth opps
Partner with internal leadership to align strategies with client objectives (accessibility, SDOH impact, value-based outcomes)
Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) summarizing program performance, outcomes, and strategic recommendations
Distribute monthly traffic reports with referral volumes, engagement metrics, survey data, and qualitative patient feedback
Document client communications, deliverables, and key decision makers in CRM
Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth program delivery and issue resolution
Lead implementation and onboarding processes for new accounts or service expansions
Manage all referrals, claim submission, invoices and adjudication on referral platforms
Lead renewal preparation through impact storytelling and data-driven QBRs
Identify opportunities for expansion, data-sharing, pilots, RFPs, and cross-collaboration with other programs
Maintain a high client retention rate and year-over-year growth within accounts

Required
