Responsibilities
Perform detailed retail sell-through analysis, including sales and inventory reporting by region and brand, meeting all deadlines
Maintain and update SKU and product attribute data with a high level of accuracy
Create and maintain assortment overviews and visual summaries by market and brand
Assist with monthly reporting, market recaps, and performance summaries by customer and brand
Compile and analyze competitive brand and product information to support merchandising decisions
Manage samples and support product organization and tracking
Partner with the Merchandising team on special projects and ad-hoc analysis
Provide administrative and analytical support, including report creation, presentations, and meeting coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2–4 years of experience in assistant buying, merchandising, planning, or a related retail analytics role
Demonstrated experience working with product, SKUs, assortments, or sell-through data
Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation)
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, data-intensive work accurately
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
Exposure to merchandise line reviews or assortment planning
Exposure to the retail product lifecycle
Experience in a multi-brand or wholesale/retail environment
