Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining applicant recruitment and hiring models for major job categories, occupational series, and targeted segments of the recruitment and hiring pipelines
Designing evaluations and program monitoring techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and hiring efforts
Implementing quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, statistical analyses, and model outputs
Interpreting and communicating complex statistical findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization through written reports, presentations, briefings, and visualizations

Obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Tier 5 clearance
