Trial prep and/or trial experience is required
Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate are required
A minimum of five years of defense litigation paralegal experience in the areas of premises liability, products liability, construction and/or commercial litigation
Preferred
Knowledge of e-discovery tools is preferred
