Responsibilities

Develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding business needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions

Negotiate contract terms, fees, and placement agreements

Maintain a robust pipeline of active and prospective clients to achieve revenue goals

Source, screen, and interview executive-level and professional candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events)

Match qualified candidates to client requirements and manage the interview and hiring process

Prepare and present candidate profiles with detailed assessments and insights

Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding

Partner with internal teams to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction

Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM/ATS systems

Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals
