Responsibilities
Build MLOps pipelines orchestration on Amazon SageMaker and/ or on-prem leveraging DevOPs tools and OCP platforms
Write clean, efficient, and modular code in Python for MLOps, feature engineering, and automations
Optimize data pipelines using Apache Spark and SQL for large-scale data processing

Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models and ensure smooth integration with business applications
Monitor model performance, retraining schedules, and implement model drift detection
Optimize compute usage, model packaging (Docker), and endpoint autoscaling
Ensure pipeline reliability, quality, schema enforcement, and data validation
Enable QE teams to test ML systems (data testing, API testing, pipeline testing)
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Python for ML and automation
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar)
Expertise in SQL and Apache Spark for data engineering and analytics
Proven experience in AWS SageMaker for ML model lifecycle management
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices applied to ML workflows
Preferred
Knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Llama, Falcon, Claude) and prompt engineering
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) is a plus
Understanding of deploying LLMs on AWS (SageMaker JumpStart, Bedrock)
