Responsibilities
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including preparation of financial statements, management reports, and internal reporting packages
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multi-entity structures, including LLCs, trusts, partnerships, and foundations
Manage accounting for complex investments and partnership structures, including capital accounts, allocations, capital calls, and distributions
Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity tracking, and banking activity across entities to support operational and investment needs
Ensure strong internal controls while driving process improvements, systems enhancements, and hands-on leadership of the accounting team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
Active CPA required
7+ years of progressive accounting experience combining public and private accounting
Strong partnership accounting experience with exposure to alternative investments
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity accounting structures
Advanced Excel proficiency with experience supporting accounting systems and automation
Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Discreet, service-oriented mindset
Preferred
Family office experience preferred
Familiarity in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks preferred
