Responsibilities
Partner with department and executive leaders to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
Lead monthly financial reporting, including analysis and redesign of departmental P&L statements
Provide detailed variance analysis and explain performance drivers to business partners and leadership
Conduct profitability and scenario analyses for new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and strategic initiatives
Support company-wide financial planning processes by creating and maintaining forecasting models
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Deliver actionable insights through clear, data-driven presentations and reports
Participate in ad hoc projects and provide analytical support for strategic business decisions
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to interpret and synthesize complex financial data into meaningful insights
Advanced modeling and reporting skills, with the ability to simplify and visualize complex data sets
Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to influence business decisions and support both short- and long-term financial planning
Skilled at presenting financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
High degree of accuracy and consistency in reporting and analysis
4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics background, MBA plus
Minimum three years experience working in corporate finance
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
General understanding of a P&L
Preferred
Experience in Tableau, Net Suite, and Snowflake
Great Plains and Management Reporter experience
SQL experience
