Proven success in production-grade database systems
Understanding of ETL frameworks and data modeling best practices
Strong ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with Git, Jira, and modern development workflows
Experience within the financial services industry

Preferred

Experience with investment risk systems or financial data workflows
Exposure to Python or scripting languages
Knowledge of AWS RDS, Snowflake, or cloud-based platforms
