Responsibilities
Provide SQL development support including creation of stored procedures and queries
Design, develop, and implement ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Perform performance tuning of existing SQL queries and execution plans
Offer alternative solutions for data manipulation, including converting Excel processes to SSIS
Review and enhance SQL development processes (e.g., code promotion, code reviews)
Develop test plans, create test cases, and thoroughly test reports and workflows
Write clear and concise technical documentation (requirements, process maps, etc.)
Collaborate effectively within a team and also work independently with minimal guidance
Qualification
Required
SQL database development and programming (5+ years)
QA/testing experience (3+ years)
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
Strong technical documentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Team collaboration and ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
Familiarity with data governance best practices
Experience in investment/financial market industry
