Responsibilities

Coordinate with content, brand, and legal teams to design and deliver high-impact communications across channels that drive engagement. Produced content may include videos, graphics, newsletters, interactive content, digital signage and similar tactics
Exercise creative liberties while developing messaging strategies; write, edit, and review content to ensure compliance with standards and secure approvals
Create brand-aligned materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; maintain consistency with Comcast, Xfinity, Comcast Business, and NBCUniversal guidelines
Manage multiple creative projects within deadlines and budgets and optimize based on insights
Act as subject matter expert for product and go-to-market communications; keep content fresh and innovative
Build strong partnerships with leadership, field teams, and platform teams to understand business needs, align on strategies, and share best practices to improve employee awareness, understanding and performance
Participate in team and department meetings, exercise independent judgment in significant matters
Tracks and reports out on key metrics/KPI’s of each project against the goals set at the beginning
Maintain consistent, punctual attendance; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interactive media, visual communications, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of related experience in design and communications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong graphic design skills with experience creating digital content
Excellent writing skills with ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging deliverables
Proven project and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Ability to analyze data, evaluate communication effectiveness, and recommend improvements
Strong research, organizational, and planning skills; detail-oriented and proactive
High integrity, credibility, and commitment to excellence; positive attitude and collaborative mindset
Exceptional interpersonal skills: able to build relationships, motivate teams, and communicate effectively
Ability to transition quickly between multiple projects and campaigns
Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred

Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint
Photography, videography, video editing/production, motion graphics, or web design skills
Familiarity with CMS, HTML/CSS, responsive web design, and digital technologies
