Engage in product discussions and contribute to design and architecture decisions, leveraging technical expertise in Kubernetes
Conduct regular code reviews to uphold quality standards and promote best practices within the engineering team
Facilitate the integration of new open-source applications into the existing platform
Support team members in troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance to enhance problem-solving skills
Participate in the hiring process by interviewing candidates and assessing their fit within the team culture
Assess team structure and dynamics, implementing adjustments to optimize efficiency and performance
Establish relationships with team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment
Qualification
Required

Understand the product priority and maximize the team's impact
Strong technical expertise in Kubernetes and its applications
Proven experience in managing engineering teams, preferably in larger organizations
Capability to engage in product discussion, design, and architectural decision-making
Experience conducting code reviews and identifying best practices
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving technical issues
Ability to foster collaboration within a geographically diverse team
Strong managerial skills with a focus on effective leadership and feedback
Education in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
