Responsibilities
Develop strategies to drive market expansion, sales enablement, and customer adoption, including targeting new segments and exploring strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
Build and implement scalable frameworks for efficiently launching and commercializing new products across the organization
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive GTM strategy for new products, defining key milestones, success metrics, and execution plans to ensure smooth product rollouts, with clear ownership of revenue and adoption targets
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to craft compelling product positioning, competitive differentiation, and value propositions that drive demand, adoption, and revenue
Define, track, and report KPIs for product success, including adoption rates, revenue impact, and customer engagement, using data to refine and optimize commercialization strategies
Partner with Customer Success and Support to collect post-launch feedback, ensuring continuous product improvements and fine-tuning of the commercialization strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product commercialization, GTM strategy, or general management, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS, FinTech, HR Tech, or similar industries
In-depth experience in FinTech and/or HR Tech industries, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors
Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and commercializing new products, driving significant revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes
Experience in scaling GTM motions, driving product-market fit, and identifying strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry
Candidates must already possess the right to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
