Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of large mission-critical data center projects

Lead project strategy, financial performance, and risk management

Oversee contract administration, including negotiations, terms, subcontracts, and purchase agreements

Direct full project schedules and ensure all critical milestones are achieved

Deliver monthly financials, owner billings, projections, and risk assessments at a senior leadership level

Drive project safety, budget adherence, profitability, and long-term client satisfaction

Guide preconstruction planning, conceptual budgeting, value engineering, and design coordination

Identify and resolve constructability challenges early

Maintain oversight of project budgets, insurances, bonds, and complex change orders

Develop and mentor project teams, supporting organizational growth and succession planning

Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, representing the company with professionalism and authority
