In this role, you will assist experienced staff in managing transfer pricing projects for multinational clients, including conducting financial analyses and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects which involve advice to clients on inter-company transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans. Client deliverables could take the form of: Tax provision for GAAP financial statements, Contemporaneous documentation to avoid tax penalties under Section 6662, Initial identification and benchmarking of related party transactions, Defense of transfer pricing determinations
Conduct financial and economic analyses of multinational and domestic corporations, industry and market research, economic valuations, comparative financial benchmarking, and report documentation
Assist in the preparation of valuation reports for closely held or publicly traded companies
Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform tax services

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related area
Tax accounting skills and some knowledge of GAAP
Strong research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
Minimum overall and major GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred
Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Strong technical aptitude and skillset
Demonstrated project management skillset including project planning and time management
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment
Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship is available for this position
