Revenue Optimization Senior Associate

The Revenue Optimization Senior Associate will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing revenue strategies, collaborating across finance, commercial, and operations to enhance decision-making and profitability.

Responsibilities

Support the development of the annual berry plan and monthly revisions, integrating supply forecasts with commercial priorities and market opportunities
Lead specific financial and operational analyses that inform weekly and seasonal allocation decisions, in partnership with senior team members
Maintain and enhance models and reporting tools to track price, mix, and volume performance, including scenario analysis and margin sensitivity testing
Help translate allocation decisions into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and Operations teams
Build and refine tools that support supply‑demand matching at the customer, market, and program level (pricing and product mix)
Design and enhance Excel‑based and other software models to improve forecasting accuracy and decision speed
Document and help institutionalize Revenue Optimization processes, templates, and best practices across regions
Support pilot analyses or proof‑of‑concept projects to test new allocation and pricing methodologies
Partner with Finance on forecasting, margin tracking, and profitability reporting to ensure commercial plans align with P&L goals
Identify and quantify upside potential within harvest and commercial plans; support development of execution scenarios to capture incremental value
Prepare insights and performance summaries for senior leadership on risks, opportunities, and program effectiveness
Support post‑season analyses to measure forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement in planning assumptions
Coordinate with Global Farming teams to maintain visibility into local harvest volumes, pack‑house throughput, and logistics capacity
Work closely with Commercial, S&OP, and Regional teams to align allocation decisions with market conditions and demand signals
Support cross‑border coordination to ensure global supply translates into profitable local execution
Act as a connective partner between Operations, Commercial, and Finance to help maintain alignment on priorities, timing, and system inputs

Required

2–4 years of experience in finance, revenue management, FP&A, supply chain planning, analytics, or consulting
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, dynamic ranges, scenario modeling)
Working knowledge of BI & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or strong interest in developing this skill
Working knowledge of SQL or Python for querying and manipulating datasets (not required to be an expert)
Strong business judgment with the ability to connect analysis to trade‑offs and decision‑making
Experience working cross‑functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams
Clear communicator who can distill complexity into simple, actionable insights
Bias for action and comfort operating in a lean, fast‑paced environment with hands‑on responsibility

Preferred

Background in consumer goods, agriculture, food & beverage, logistics, or adjacent industries
