Responsibilities
Own core cost accounting activities, including materials, inventory, intercompany transactions, and customer billings
Perform full-cycle accounting tasks such as journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams to support month-end close and meet critical deadlines
Analyze inventory and cost data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear reporting
Provide guidance and support to the accounting team while managing priorities and timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of cost accounting principles
Experience working with ERP systems
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
