Scribe is a rapidly growing company that provides a Workflow AI platform used by many Fortune 500 companies. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to develop recruiting strategies and processes for their Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with EPD leadership (including C-suite leaders) to deeply understand the role that each hire plays in the organization

Full cycle recruitment of searches across all levels within the EPD organization, including recruitment on job profiles or processes that could be new to Scribe

Iterate on multi-channel sourcing strategies, market mappings and competitive talent analysis

Monitor pipeline data and communicate pipeline insights to hiring teams, proactively identifying any roadblocks and opportunities for process improvement, effectiveness and efficiency

Develop an extensive understanding of Scribe, and passionately and authentically pitch Scribe, our culture, our mission and our business
