Insurance Renewals
All the Annual Reports for every entity
Forming out equity grant documents
Forming out convertible notes, warrants and other convertible securities
Fully compiling transaction documents for a variety of equity financing transactions; and
Maintenance of portfolio company records
Setting up Portfolio Companies
UCC Searches
Insurance Audits
Dealing with the public filings
Trademarks

Qualification

Required

1+ years' corporate paralegal experience
MUST have experience with entity maintenance
Bachelor's degree from a top school
Paralegal Certificate
Someone very organized
Very good with spreadsheets and excel
Someone with experience but who is moldable
Someone who is curious and takes initiative
Someone who is good with technology
Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred

Added bonus if they are a Notary or willing to become one
