3+ years of experience in large-scale real estate transactions
Seeking experienced candidate who has experience working for mid-sized law firm
Strong educational background
Experience in title and survey review, checklist coordination for buy/sell and loan transactions
Lease summaries, entity document review, and preparation of resolutions
Drafting closing documents, statements, and loan documents
Lease and contract review/preparation for business clients
Strong understanding of real estate finance and regulations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferred
LLM is a plus
