Qualification
Required
Proven experience with customer communications management platforms, including hands-on work
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders effectively
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Certification in Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive
Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar
