Full Lifecycle Recruiter
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for professional and managerial positions in corporate and investment banking. The role involves sourcing, assessing, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process while ensuring compliance with recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities
Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, assessing, and offer
Work directly with hiring managers, managing end to end hiring process
Manage hiring manager and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
Identify and recruit passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates
Support recruiting portfolios for roles across banking and corporate banking: mid-market and middle marketing corporate banking positions
Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals pipelines
Proactively source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research
Screen candidates to gauge skills, interest level, and salary range
Effectively phone screen or interview all applicants and make recommendations to the recruiter and hiring managers for interview selection
Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Workday) is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
Partner with the Recruitment Manager and Compensation to discuss offer parameters and extend and negotiate all offers
Review monthly/quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure target time to fill, aging, and other TAS metrics are on track
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in recruiting, must have experience recruiting for corporate and investment banking positions
Have experience recruiting for front office roles within a financial institution
Experience conducting searches for high-visibility roles
Proven track record of success within a recruitment organization
Creative sourcing, cold calling, and networking techniques
Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment
Experience with the management and development of relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with applicant tracking databases
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred
Workday experience preferred
