Responsibilities
Drafting bankruptcy pleadings and motions, and supporting strategy with strong research/writing
Creditors’ remedies and enforcement work, including mechanic’s liens
Some general commercial litigation at the junior level
“In-the-trenches” work that builds real judgment and independence—fast
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of law firm experience (up to ~6 years considered)
At least some bankruptcy exposure (coursework, clerkship, or practice) + genuine interest in building in this space
Strong research/writing and comfort owning detailed foundational work
Team-first, proactive, and looking for a career track, not a quick stop
Comfortable with an office-forward hybrid model: Ideally 5 days/week in-office for the first ~6 months, then 4 days/week ongoing
