Qualification
Required
Leadership experience in wealth management or multi-family office
Experience with succession planning for high-net-worth clientele
Ability to impact organizational culture and drive transformation
Strategic leadership skills in managing client relationships
Experience in holistic financial planning, investments, estate, tax, risk, and family culture & legacy needs
Teamwork and mentoring skills for developing advisors
