Responsibilities
Support business development, financial diligence, and purchase accounting
Coordinate with Financial Planning for leadership and PE requests
Collaborate with team to solve problems and develop staff
Promote culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
Develop and maintain accounting policies, financial controls, and guidelines
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (US GAAP)
Provide financial updates to senior management and parent entity
Lead monthly review of reporting units and performance reports
Drive process improvements and organizational initiatives
Oversee monthly close, year-end audit, and statutory filings
Qualification
Required
Proven accounting and finance leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in global organizations
Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, with the ability to lead annual audits, manage external auditors, and resolve complex technical accounting matters
Solid working knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations, including compliance and reporting requirements
Hands-on experience with financial consolidation systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
5+ years within a large U.S. public accounting firm
CPA strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
