Drive solution designs and present at architecture review boards

Mentor team members and provide technical guidance

Collaborate with offshore teams and participate in late-night release calls

Align with client-approved budgets and procurement processes

Ensure seamless onboarding, including background checks and procurement approval

Maintain strong communication within a hybrid team structure

Required

10+ years of experience as a lead or senior developer

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong communication skills for hybrid team collaboration

Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, and CloudWatch

Background in the financial domain, particularly brokerage houses

Preferred

Knowledge or experience with AI tooling like GitHub Copilot
