Responsibilities
Manage and grow a roster of creators or creative talent across categories
Develop monetization strategies and long-term career plans for talent
Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships, sponsorships, and campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners
Collaborate with other Three Roads managers on shared opportunities and deal flow
Contribute to firm-wide growth and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in creator, influencer, or talent management
Active roster of talent or proven history managing creators or creative professionals
Demonstrated experience negotiating brand deals and partnerships
Strong understanding of talent monetization strategies
Existing brand and/or agency relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach
