3–8 years of experience in application support, application ownership, IT operations, or business systems support
Experience owning application strategy, roadmaps, and execution
Experience with end-to-end product or application delivery
Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Preferred
Exposure to casino management systems, gaming systems, or regulated technology environments is a plus
Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments (hospitality, travel, retail, gaming) preferred
