Responsibilities
Design and develop Power Automate cloud flows for business process and system integrations, specifically with MS Dynamics CRM and/or CE
Build flat-file integrations (CSV, TXT, XML, JSON) via SFTP, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Blob, or APIs
Implement scheduled, event-driven, and exception-handling workflows
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for reliability and performance
Develop SQL Server stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries
Perform data transformations, validations, and mappings
Optimize SQL for performance and scalability
Support reconciliation, logging, and audit requirements
Integrate ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and custom systems
Implement error handling, retry logic, alerts, and notifications
Qualification
Required
5–6 years of experience in integrations or data engineering
Strong Power Automate and workflow automation expertise
Advanced SQL Server development skills
Experience with enterprise data integration patterns
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
