Responsibilities
Validate invoices against vendor contracts
Monitor vendor payment terms and parked documents
Review purchase orders and memos for accuracy
Adhere to Accounts Payable processes and approvals
Update Purchasing Card system workflows and authorizations
Coordinate with Procurement to resolve discrepancies
Identify and prevent potential fraudulent activities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Two years' experience in a Finance-related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines under fluctuating workloads
Preferred
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
Direct experience in processing vendor invoices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
