They are seeking a motivated and curious Workday Intern to join their team for a hands-on IT-focused internship experience, supporting Workday configuration and collaborating with IT, HR, and Finance teams to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

Support Workday configuration, testing, and basic troubleshooting activities

Partner with cross-functional teams to help streamline and enhance business processes using Workday solutions

Assist with documenting Workday processes, workflows, and system updates

Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives

Research Workday functionality and industry best practices to support system improvements

Provide user support and assist with training materials as needed

Required

Undergraduate students completing their sophomore or junior year preferred, pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field

Available to work full-time hours during the summer internship period

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on producing high-quality work

Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Interest in or exposure to the insurance industry is a plus
