Jostens is a leader in the student commemoration market, serving local communities for over 125 years. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales through direct marketing and providing customer service from order entry to post-shipment, while communicating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Help students create lasting memories in yearbooks

Increasing sales in both their specific territory and for the team as a whole within the goals and guidelines set by management for accountability

Providing customer service on orders from order entry through the post-shipment time frame with interaction between the customer, representative, manufacturing, and accounting

Communicating with public and private school teachers, administrators, parent/student organizations, photographers, territory representatives, and private individuals

Internal communications will include other representatives of the Sales and Customer Service team, Information Systems, Accounting, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Management

CRM software knowledgeProven sales experienceBasic accounting knowledgeBasic office proceduresCommunicatorBilingual in Spanish

Required

Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED

Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position

Must have a working knowledge of basic office procedures, including keyboarding

Good communicator with pleasant telephone voice

Preferred

An associate's or college degree

Knowledge or experience with a CRM software package, or customer database software

Knowledge of basic accounting functions

Proven sales experience

Inside sales experience

Bi-lingual in Spanish
