Responsibilities

Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools
Consult with established and prospective clients within our targeted database using standard telephone and email strategies
Qualify leads through site survey requests and the submission of an ROI
Maximize upselling and cross-selling by seizing opportunities to explain products and services using efficient sales techniques
Demonstrate competitor pricing and products in a side-by-side comparison with our products

Required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Technical skills: Experience maintaining high-performance levels and persistence in very difficult, changing, uncertain or other stressful situations; Ability to listen to individuals on the phone while navigating multiple screens and entering information
Skills: Multi-tasking and English communication skills
Abilities: Ability to persuasively present products and services to meet client needs while addressing and overcoming objections to close sales; Competitive and driven to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals

Preferred

One or more years of sales experience preferably selling in the telecommunications B2B industry
Experience working in a telemarketing or operations center
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Showpad, Outreach, Salesforce or Outlook
