Responsibilities
Responsible for the delegation and coordination of all project administrative, creative, and technical goals up to execution
Create plans for project success, including, agreements and scope of project, project schedule, and project fee budget
Manage budgets & fees, schedules, project communications and documentation
Participate in Staffing meetings and project team assignments
Manage all consultant contracts and overall coordination with the architectural team
Oversee younger designers and ensure technical Q/A is implemented throughout project
Qualification
Required
10+ years Workplace Design Experience
Experience in managing full-scale office design projects
Great customer service and communication skills
Excitedly mentor younger designers
Previous experience and strong knowledge of OSHPD mandatory
Revit required
