Responsibilities

Own the U.S. P&L, define the market penetration strategy, secure strategic commercial partnerships, and establish our client and its unique DSP platform as the definitive thought leader in the U.S. digital ecosystem, delivering exceptional shareholder value
Full P&L ownership and value maximization: Ensure aggressive revenue target achievement, cost structure optimization, and maximizing margin and shareholder value across the entire business cycle
Strategic forecasting and capital control: Define and deliver the annual business plan, including highly accurate quarterly forecasts and long-range financial models, and manage all operational budgets (ROI)
Elite team building and culture command: Build, manage, and retain an elite, best-in-class U.S. team, setting an uncompromising bar for capabilities, performance, and ethical standards across the organization
Talent development and succession: Actively coach and mentor senior leaders and key talent, ensuring robust succession planning and continuous skill elevation
Market strategy and dominance: Pioneer and execute a differentiated U.S. market strategy, leveraging deep industry expertise to secure dominant market share in the U18 segment
Forge and manage high-value commercial partnerships with key global clients, agencies, media owners, and regulatory stakeholders across the U.S. market
Lead a highly proactive new business generation agenda, focusing on acquiring strategic enterprise clients while guaranteeing the maintenance and recurrence of current high-value accounts
Continuously analyze the financial and operational performance of the U.S. division, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes, efficiency, and overall performance
Ensure the U.S. office aligns with international guidelines, providing strategic market data to influence the global roadmap of the unique DSP platform and strategic investment decisions
Act as the principal thought leader and executive spokesperson, owning the brand positioning of our clients and their unique SP platform across major U.S. media, industry events, conferences, and high-stakes client forums

Required

15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Media industries
Demonstrated experience at the VP, SVP, General Manager, or Managing Director level, with a proven record of full P&L ownership and successfully scaling a business unit in the U.S. market
Deep, demonstrable expertise in the programmatic advertising landscape, data monetization, and performance analytics, particularly within the highly regulated U18 market
Proven success in building and leading high-performing, multi-functional commercial and operational teams
